Product description
NX-407 shielding paint designed by Shenzhen NanXiang Technology Co., Ltd is used for Wall radiation protection. The shielding paint is coated on the inner wall of a room or other composite surface. The dense conductive layer film has functions of good shielding electromagnetic radiation, anti-electromagnetic interference and anti-static after the coating was cured.
Applications
It can work well on drywall, and can be used to shield entire rooms.
Indoor protective: High frequency electromagnetic wave protection (e.g. GSM, UMTS, PHS, WLAN, DECT, Radar, TV and radio antenna); Low-frequency electric field interference shielding (Semiconductor manufacturing, packaging, testing, and other mobile phone factory and studio)
Military purposes: Be used in Military building surface shield the Electronic pulse from the opposite party and avoid communication interruption.
Health facilities & Other: Protect the high sensitivity of the device (e.g. Computed Tomography, B-mode ultrasonography)

Usages
1、 It can be spread evenly on a high surface adhesion walls, stone, wood, etc.
2、 It can also be directly used as the finish paint or primer paint and can be completely covered, both beautiful and shielding protection functional.
3、 Coated area: Recommendation 5 square meters, the thicker the coating, the better the shielding effect (recommended paint film thickness >30 microns)
4、 Expiry date: as not falling off walls or fixtures can be permanent
5、 Materials: high-purity Ni metal powder green, polyurethane waterborne
6、 Lifespan: intact six months (in the shade), shall be used within 72 hours after opening;
7、 Grounding: after coated the paint is connect the ground, the better;

User Guidelines
Paint Mixing: It can be used directly, Brush without dilution or Diluted by butyl acetate
Drying Conditions:Air dry time is about 24~28 hours（Temperature 25℃）
Note:
Make sure to use side port or a pot spray gun to spray conductive paint.
Shielding paint should be stirred fully and well in pot before use, and then it could be diluted. If stirring fully and evenly, metal particles are dispersed evenly to make sprayed conductive paint film achieve best conductivity.
It is better to stir frequently and stirring frequency should be less than 10 minutes to achieve best performance.
Shielding paint should be used as soon as possible to avoid long term storage after opening.
Due to easy precipitation of metal power, its performance will not be effected after stirring.
Protective measures:
During using conductive paints, please ensure operating environment is well ventilated and avoid prolonged direct contact or inhalation. Not allowed to pour conductive paint into drains or sewers to pollute environment.
Storage: conductive paints are sealed and stored in ventilated and dry indoor environment.
Shelf Life: 6 months at 25 ℃ (intact)
